Fevicol SH

fevicol Fevicol Synthetic Resin Adhesives were the first of its kind to be manufactured in india in 1958. Todayfevicol has beacome Synonymous with strong bond in wood and furniture industry.

How to APPLY :
Fevicol SH can be applied with brush, roller, spreader or fingers. The usual procedure to be followed is:
1. Clean both the surfaces to be bonded.
2.Apply a thin coat of Fevicol SH on both or one surface (as per requirement)
3.Press the two surfaces tigether and keep under pressure under pressure till the adhiesive dries completely.
Excess adhesive pressed outside the joints should be wiped out with a wet cloth.

Fevicol MARINE

fevicolAs we all know a piece of furnitre under goes a lot of stress due to change in weather/moisture/infreauent and continuous exposure to water. This may result in opening of joints and debonding of laminates inspite of using good quality material e.g.Marine plywood.

How to APPLY :
Fevicol MARINE can be applied with brush, roller, spreader or fingers. The usual procedure to be followed is:
1. Clean both the surfaces to be bonded.
2.Apply a thin coat of Fevicol SH on both or one surface (as per requirement)
3.Press the two surfaces tigether and keep under pressure under pressure till
the adhiesive dries completely. Excess adhesive pressed outside the joints should be wiped out with a wet cloth.

Fevicol SPEEDX


fevicolFor the first time in india, a revolutionery adhesive which can save time , increase productivity with superier water resistance.

How to APPLY :
1.Make sure the surfaces to be bonded are properly cleaned and free from dust, dirt, oil, etc.
2.Apply Fevicol Speedx on both the surfaces to be bonded. in case one surface in more porous than other. the adhesive should be applied first on the less porous surface.
3.Finish applying the adhesive and pressing of the surfaces to be bonded within 10 minutes.

4. Keep the bonded surfaces under pressur with tape, nail etc. The bonded surfaces achieve handling strength in just 1.5 to 2 hours.
5. Time to achieve bonding strenght depends on the environmental conditions.
